
When eating certain fish, remember that the methods used to catch and/or farm them may be devastating to the ocean. DO NOT trust restaurants and businesses to do this work for you, famously endangered animals or animals raised via non-sustanable methods are often found being served world wide in restaurants including in the West. There is a seafood guide that you can find in my link (posted before this) or on montereybayaquarium.org. When it comes to Salmon the ones you want to avoid are: Atlantic, Farmed Salmon (not all, some are raised in inland tanks via more sustainable methods) and some Sake Salmon.
