Aww thanks :) My only pay off would be to help people the way I’ve always wanted and help them and prolong their lives/help them have a better quality life with various chronic health issues. And about having a good heart, I think you should be a good person because if everyone did a little to be nice the would could change in magnificent ways but I don’t actually believe in karma or anything D: (My life is a testament against it)
